It is with regret that we inform our patients that our Balsam clinic location has closed effective October 9, 2020.  We have enjoyed our relationship with our patients in the Balsam community and have appreciated the support throughout the years.

We hope that you will continue your care with us.  Bigfork Valley Hospital collaborates closely with the Scenic Rivers Health Services Clinic located in Bigfork, MN at 135 Pine Tree Drive.  Kari Drake, PA-C will continue to provide medical care in Bigfork at this office.  To make an appointment, please call (218) 743-3232.

Patient health records will be maintained at Bigfork Valley Hospital.  Please call Bigfork Valley Medical Records at (218) 743-4130 to have your health records transferred to another facility and to continue your medical care.
